The Multi-Function Trainer is our new and improved multi functional power rack and smith machine designed to bring all aspects of the gym. The main frame is constructed out of 3x3 heavy-duty gauge steel. This unit is equipped with J hooks and spotter arms with space to safely perform barbell exercises like squats and bench press and it also features a Smith machine rated to 350kg, perfect for allowing you to train in a fixed plane of motion. This is also great for hypertrophy training and can help to give you the stability to isolate muscles more effectively. The rack also boasts 2 adjustable cable pulleys allowing you to pull, push, and fly from any position, high or low, and the two 220LB weight stacks (on a 2:1 ratio) give you ample weight to unlock an unlimited amount of exercises for you to add to your workouts. In addition, the rack features a pull-up bar, adjustable dip station, low row footplate, a landmine attachment and cable handles. This machine is perfect for home gyms, personal training studios, or any space where an all-in-one solution is needed in a small footprint.
