These large and heavy products cannot be sent by traditional package delivery and must be shipped via a large-item carrier.
After the carrier receives your order, they will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Typically, carriers require a minimum four-hour window for delivery. An adult older than age 18 must be present and available to sign for the delivery. Large-item shipping methods may include
Your item will be delivered CURBSIDE via standard freight. Drivers do not assist in the assembly of your product. The freight company is not required to deliver inside your home, inside your garage, near your door, near the garage, or anywhere else that's not curbside. The driver will drop the freight at the end of your driveway, or in the street in front of your house, but the exact spot of delivery is at the driver's discretion. We recommend you make arrangements ahead of time to have help moving items inside because the carrier is NOT responsible for helping.
Please make sure to inspect the shipment immediately so that any damage or missing pieces can be marked down on the delivery receipt with the driver. Failure to do this will eliminate our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your package ships.
Refer to the chart below for estimated transit times for items shipped directly from Peak Strength Equipment via UPS. Large orders that require a freight carrier typically ship within 24-72 hours and take one extra day of transit time.
